No, you can take your songs out of your music device..hell, what would happen if you wanted a new stereo? I don't know of any other ways of getting songs but maybe nook will upgrade his store to include a music section eventually?

hack some codes to get songs, i seen some hacked codes for alot of k k songs. hmmm im me privetly fo the list
