So I just came back from one of his shows. He's doing all week in San Fran and I scored tickets. Pretty good stuff. His presence makes me grin.

The guest were kinda eh inlcluding Patton Oswald and Randy Jackon and musical guest some old guys from the original Grateful dead.

As always Conan brings in some good laughs and it was cool to see Joel standing on stage.

Patton Oswalt is one of the funniest touring comedians around. His bit about how people who buy hummers should be allowed to buy them providing after signing the lease they be hit in the back of the head with a sock full of quarters and upon awakening in Iraq are required to get the oil themselves is so fucking funny.

yea Joel is pretty creepy, maybe even more so in person. He really doesnt seem to be able to get rid of that smile.

yeah this is a pretty lame move on NBCs part and pretty obnoxious for Jay Leno.

Conan is a funny guy though, so I am sure another show wont be too far away after he is allowed.

Hopefully. So many good memories... Most from Late Night. I wish I could find clips of the time he had an all kid audience and kept threatening them that a monster would come if they didn't clap loud enough... good times.

Though I will say all these "fans" that suddenly have come out and joined "Team Conan" on facebook almost annoy me as much as anything about this. I said almost.

I've always loved Conan, but the only time I really watched his show was in college when my roommate would turn it on. I HAVE been following all the controversy on gawker.tv and there is some good stuff coming out of this. Obviously I mean the televised comedy and not the brutal raping of Conan by NBC. Some of my favorite momments include:

-STAKENBLAKEN (sp)
-sound effects for spider-man 2 "GRAB!"
-vomitting kermit
-Jim Carrey playing Conan
-runaway MC Hammer dancer

I feel like I missed something important.

Sadly Hulu doesn`t work out of the US so i havent been able to see his shows after November, but I recently stumbled upon gawkertv for the first time myself and its helped me through these troubling times.

Just finished watching the last episode and that was a pretty awesome way to end the show. I don't want to ruin the ending though for those who haven't seen it...

Wait, Neil Young performed earlier in the show... I thought a southern man didn't need him around?

really? I thought the end was pretty dumb. I mean it was funny at first and Conan playing the guitar was pretty cool, but I expected Will Ferrel to be himself for at least a second. Overall it was a good episode because tom hanks is the man. Also cream soda is delicious.

The singing part was meh, but overall it was a really good episode with great guest and special guest like Steve Carrell. Also Conans last big speech was really touching. I seriously wanted to cry for the man.

You will be missed Conan, please return to tv as soon as you are allowed to.
