DC Online Nastalgia... Play's back on!

Hmm, with GC in hibrination until summer (at least), and PS2 in a slow spell for a little bit (sure SOE isnt too far off now...), I felt like going back to my roots. Well, my DC roots at least.

Which means I felt like bringing out my favorite online DC games. In particular Q3A and UT. So if anyone else is up to it (or even cares), maybe we can meet up so I can be your whippin boy for a bit (I no longer have a DC mouse:) Either way I'll be on, suckers...

Heck, I might even play some AFO, or dare I say, PSO?

Hands down this is the best day I can ever remember. So its funny bone mentions PSO. I actually did play yesterday (with someone else's isp). I think starting right from scratch could be fun but Id have to play with people I know...This could mean getting rid of a ton of my items but after all that trading, I think my only REAL weapon is my flame visit. Eh I would like to keep a mag or something.

On an unrelated note, Ive found Q3A and UT much more fun than before at a friend's house...So maybe I could borrow it and get a new isp..yah never know.

i'd be up for some UT maybe but i havent actually played he game for like.... a long time. and about pso, thats a BIG maybe there tho :P

That comment about me playing PSO was kinda a joke. I havn't played since like LAST feb (maybe early march at the latest), and I really don't see that changing.

I played Q3A and UT the other night. Still a fair number of people playing. 100-150 I'd guess. (More on Q3A cause a lot were on PC.) On some Q3A servers people even had some decent mods... for it being DC.

Well klam and I have started playing PSO again but it does kinda suck that since there arent many people you can trust in this game, there arent many people to play with. Well anyway, I plan on borrowing Q3A or UT this weekend, depending on what everyone else is playin.

Get UT Hy, killing Bone over and over is going to get old fast... plus we may be able to get a 6 player match going with me you Bone, Tork, Webby, and maybe Grim...

But you'll also want Q3A. That's the better choice for pure deathmatches...

But it would be really cool if we could get a 3-on-3 CTF game going in UT... THAT would be sweet... I call Tork isn't on my team...


PSO is kinda fun in a laid back way, seeing as how it was like 11 months since I had last played. Might actually be fun to play here and there as long as others are playing (solo or even 2 player games aren't much fun). Still, it doesn't beat fraggin' in Q3A or UT's CTF games.
