Wow these AFO servers are unstable right now, hell they flat out suck ass. I dunno maybe it's me... but I see a LOT of players coming and going during a game because of d/c. Last night I got d/c like 6 times... the last 2 times before I was even able to enter a damn game! (Heh, there goes IGN's theory that 4 player games are more stable:) And how many games was I able to play? A whopping fucking TWO full games. Very frustartaing... no wonder I can't earn stars (well I got one, but lost it last night... mother fuckers...). And just after I was starting to get into this game:( I went to play Outtrigger after I had enough, but that server was completly down! Arg, damn fucking Sega...

Also this game does lag... not in just the ghost effect... but so often I shoot someone a zillion times and they don't die:( Could be cheaters but I doubt it... but those world rankings for the arcade mode have to have cheaters... 8/10 are about 500,000.. the #2 has EXACTLY 750,000 and #1 is 5x greater than most at over 2 million points... and are those punks playing by themself in 1/1 rooms doing that to increase their rank? Lame...

Heh, it's gonna be a BITCH to get that tourney played if everyone keeps getting disconnected like that.

there are a few things that gay-sega seys u can try.....one: take out the area code on ur isp connection! two:let it all load before u enter a new game or an already made game! and 3: change ur dns #'s to 255.255.255.255
idk why this would help, but whatever there it is!I still have the same ol probs.I cant even play 1 full game bone, i feel ur pain.but this game rocks so much ass, that i have to keep tryin!peace........

i connect at 45 333 baud (which is good i think...) and i get d/ced every few mins....sometimes i can get a few games in a row ...but its fucking bullshit and it really pisses me off thats why i dont play this as much as i would like to

Don't worry about it DaMan. If you didn't get d/c so much you would just find out that much quicker how boring this game really is underneath its voice chat exterior... You would probably end up playing it less in fact...

I agree with greenday, your ISP must suck ass with AFO. Even when I had crappy ass Earthlink I'd lag and get d/c but it was rare, like once a session. Now I pay for Netzero and it kicks ass, rarely lag and no d/c.

First, once a session? That's not rare, and too high in my book.

Second, even though I did NOT change ISPs, when I last played (over a week ago now:(, d/c did die WAY down. Usually I'd connect, get d/c within 5 minutes, reconnect, and play as long as I wanted.... So maybe they did fix the servers...

Anyhoo, to me its a mute point since I've moved on from AFO to Ooga Booga, NFL2k2, and any older online DC games that I think are way more fun...
