Not counting cheap downloadable games, the last game I bought was SF4 back in what, February?

I still need to grab Beatles Rock Band, and keeping an eye on Borderlands. But I wonder about Modern Warfare 2. The first one is the only FPS I've really liked so far this gen... hmm. Though you can be sure I'll get the cheap version. I can't believe the $150 version is the highest ranked version on Amazon's sales charts...

Still I probably won't get many games this fall. The only one for certain would probably be Uncharted 2...

Maybe Left4Dead 2? Right now the only game(s) on my laptop is the Orange Box (and AudioSurf).

I think it's that time of year again! Here's a list of games I plan on either buying or at least borrowing from gamestop:

October:

-Demons Souls (tomorrow!)
-Uncharted 2
-Brutal Legend
-Magna Carta 2 (if it gets better than atrocious reviews)
-Borderlands
-Ratchet & Clank
-Arcade Shooter Ilvelo (I'm sure you've heard of it)
-Tekken 6
-Atelier Annie

I only took down a few November games, but I'm sure more stuff comes out after Dragon Age, Phantasy Star 0, and Assassin's Creed 2. October is insane and I will probably only buy half of those. Oh and I already preordered my import for Mushihimesama Futari. God bless Cave.

I must really, really suck because I've only heard of about half those... This is the 2nd post you mentioned Demons Souls. Never heard of it (a quick check on Google says it's from Atlus, ah).

Is Phantasy Star 0 the DS game right? Is it supposed to be any good? That could actually see me dust off my DS...

yeah its the DS one. A coworker of mine (at the time) had downloaded the japanese version to his R4 card. Despite hating him for being a filthy pirate, i tried it out and...well i couldnt get past the character creator. I remember liking what I read way back when it was announced but I'll wait for reviews before I decide on playing it.

As luck would have it I've had zero time for solid gaming time so I haven't picked up any of the shiny new games all the kids are talking about... I probably won't until November. Oh well. I have lots O vacation time saved up...

I'll keep my eye on PSU DS.

so i will probably own PSO ZERO pretty soon. I'm still playing catch-up with the 80,000 releases in the past couple months so I have no idea when I'll be playing it. HOWEVER, if someone else was to get this game to play online...that may be worth it. Seriously, how have none of us really played anything online since REAL online consoles have come out? I TRIED playing street fighter with tork and I played Little Big Planet with bone once.

Assassin's Creed 2 is tomorrow but dear lord I have to finish Dragon Age, Mario, Ratchet, and Magna Carta first!

Maybe I should get it... I'd have to order it from Amazon since it doesn't look like Best Buy carries it. Problem is I still haven't played Uncharted 2... Level 27 in Borderlands!

Other problem is stupid DS is WEP only... grr. Still, it is PSO.

And I have no answer. Except I only have a PS3 (hey we played Smash Bros once too!). No one said you couldn't play more LBP. Or CoD4. Or Burnout. Or Fat Princess. Or Uncharted...

I am back...and now I have a broadband connection!!

My PSN ID is TheGreatThomasio and I have 33 different PS3 games and 27 PSN titles...so if you have something, let me know and we might be able to play each other online! Woot!

Btw, Demon's Souls rocks. Uncharted 2 4 GOTY 2009, and I really enjoy the new Weezer cd. End of story.

I'm going to attempt to download the Bayonetta demo tonight off the Japanese PSN. I'll let you know how well that works...lol.

good god the Bayonetta demo is so good. I remember telling a friend that the demo was better than the entirety of Devil May Cry 4. Now while that is probably an eggzageration, the combat definately feels more stylish and awesome. It was like the first time I experienced Devil May Cry 3. You can tell that Clover/Platinum has a sadistic urge to brutalize enemies in their games. It's hard to believe they made Okami sometimes.

Demons Souls DID rock, but then I couldn't beat Maneater(s) and cried.

That is a ridiculous number of PS3 games. I can only assume you do not have a 360 as I probably own every worthwhile exclusive for it.

I'm taking it that you downloaded the 360 demo of BAYONETTA? B/c I made an account for the Japanese PSN and...I couldn't find it. No where. I looked for 15 minutes last night. I searched the game and just found trailers for it, lol. LAME!

Yeah, over HALF of my PS3 titles are exclusives. I wouldn't mind getting another 360 sometime, but with so many exclusives coming out next year for the PS3, I don't think I'll ever have time to play anything on the 360.

Just the first 5 months:

MAG
White Knight Chronicles
God of War III
ModNation Racers
Heavy Rain

Not to mention non-exclusives like Bayonetta and FFXIII!

That's a WHOLE LOTTA GAMING and whole lotta money out the window!

33? Nice. If I add up all the PS3 and Wii games (including the downloadable ones), I don't have 33 games. No wonder your trophy level is so high...

Nope, the 360 demo is only available for GOLD accounts and my japanese account stopped being gold a month after I created it (years ago). I managed to find it after some quick searching. It's a pretty lengthy demo for an action game. If you have a 360 when it comes out, you should definately get that version since it was all done by Platinum and I guess Sega botched the ps3 port up.

Heavy Rain is ps3 exclusive? That's news to me. Then again I guess I remember hearing it was sony's answer to Alan Wake.

I would really like a solid 2 months of NO GAME PURCHASES. I've been making decent progress but it's just too much at once.

Jesus christ bone, play Uncharted 2 already.

*EDIT* Well I had to input a code for a God of War 3 skin on the site and I noticed the portable ID thing you just posted so here's mine. I don't really get how to make it work with our BBCode.
