Sunday November 9th, Cartoon Network is going to air the infamous "Jewish" episode of the Family Guy during Adult Swim! Be sure to watch since even the DVD doesn't have this episode!

I have no clue either, but all those anime seem a like to me. (read: they all suck)
There has to be more then just Family Guy, Futurama, and Anishit they can air. I don't watch AS much anymore except on Sundays (like duh!) because of this.

| yeah um, ive seen enough anime to know they arent all the same. The ones that seem the same usually arent very well done. FLCL is one of the best animated shows I've ever seen. We won't get into a discussion of anime here because it wouldn't go anywhere. However, I do think there has to be something else for Cartoon Network to air on Adult Swim. I honestly do not want messy, horribly animated crap with their own "zany" sense of humor. What could they possibly get? |

| Okay, now I mean literally...What the hell is FLCL? Is that the name of the show? If not, what does it stand for? I've heard things of the show before, but I don't actually know what the show is. |

I just love messing with people who like anime cause there are so many who are such HUGE fans of it and I just don't get it. Someone I know always says, "How can you not like Anime? You like games and shit?" So? Funny thing is he isn't a very big videogame fan yet he still always says that. And I always just say animes remind me of animated soap operas. Cause they do! Plus they try to act all snobby and so mysterious like its such great philosophical shit. It's not!
Maybe I just don't understand it. Cause I admit I dont. But even if I did... Its like even if I did understand Opera, I dont think Id like it very much. |

Im not a huge fan of anime, I just like watching it. I admit I do get a little annoyed when people say ignorant stuff like "it's all the same." Honestly, I think that people who play RPG's a lot should like anime a little bit, but the stuff in general isnt for everybody. I watch almost no TV. The only live action show I make time to watch is 24. Watching something that is animated really well and has an interesting story is more appealing to me. There's a very nice chunk of anime I wont go near because of the lame philosophical statements and stories ripe with plot-holes.
FLCL, or Fooly Cooly (or Furi Kuri in Japan) is about this chick from another planet that rides a vespa bike and fights with an electric guitar. She uses this guitar to bash this grade school kid in the face, which in turn opens up a portal for crazy robots to come out. It's...different. Also there are only 6 episodes. |

i deal with anime ona case by case bases.... flcl is amazing... the rest of adult swim anime is crap... although i once saw a girl having sex with a robot... which was interest for cartoon network adult swim or not |
