I realized today that Bacon is good eats! Well that and besides on Sunday nights I havn't watched AS in ages. I guess since I've now seen all those Futurama and Family Guy episodes again, there is no reason to watch as often as I had been. When do they start airing Dr. Katz?

Seriously, what an awful show. "I am going to talk to a celebrity and they will reveal something kistchy and unique about themselves. Maybe my son will engage in forced dialogue with my receptionist. Also, our father/son bond will be strengthened by the episodes' end."

AND EVERYONE ON THAT SHOW FREAKIN' STUTTERS!!! I don't know if they did that on purpose to compliment the squigglemation or whatever it is they were calling it, but its fucking annoying. "I-I-I-I gotta tell you Mr-r-r uhh, Afflek. Your uh-ah performance in Reindeer Games... It uh-ah really s-s-SLEIGHED me*."


*never actually said on the show, but that's about the degree to which "hilarious" plays on words and observations were pulled off. You see, reindeers pull sleighs, and he was in a movie called Reindeer Games. COMEDY OPTION++++

I have heard that Nick at Night is giving Alf (yes THE Alf) a mock talkshow early next year!

You know what that sounds like... a Space Ghost ripoff! Alf should stay where he belongs, on pogs!

So I know few care, but Home Movies is starting back up in January! Nice... I just wonder who's place it will take (please make it be one of those shitty animes!)

Also, I admit it. I'm slow. I just found out that sometime 'next year' (2004) the Moonities (of ATHF fame) will get their own show! Sweet. Following the progression, Space Ghost to ATHF to this... Hmm. I dunno. Just Hmm. Oh yeah.

I didnt really get the second half of your post there bone...although I would like adult swim to have some more variety too. I dont particularly like Big O or that insect one. Plus Ive already seen all of the other ones. You'll be happy to know that an interesting anime called "Witch Hunter Robin" will be coming to Adult Swim soon. It's not exactly one ive beek klammoring for but it looks decent.

Oh yeah, no adult swim here at home, maybe I DO have to stay up in Mass for schoolin afterall...

Well you know I liked FLCL, and Cowboy Beebop ain't not bad. I like it. But Big O, Riegn, Inuisha I can't stand. We'll see where this Witch Hunter Robin falls...

And you know Ignignoct and Err from Aqua Teen Hungar Force? The Mooninites from the Moon? They will be getting their very own show... or so the DVD says.

God, I hate Reign. I dont know why but I do like Inu Yasha. The dialogue isnt exactly "good" and the main character changes persona in the blink of an eye. But I guess that's the style for these "romance-action" animes. Anyway, you like the good stuff so I cant fault you on that.

In other [ass] news, Harvey Birdman is back this Sunday! The Venture Brothers are on too. Even Lupin the Third is back. I know, don't get too excited...

In [ass] DVD news, while the ATHF DVD is sweet, the Space Ghost one is not. The SG episodes are of course great, but as a DVD package, it's subpar. I don't know why such the disparity in the two exists.

Harvey Birdman! I feel that some of the funniest [ass] moments happened on Harvey Birdman. It's theme song rivals that of ATHF!
