Well, the Sox trashed the brewers 9-1 the other night, setting up the HILLARIOUS "Its Millar Time" headline in today's sports section.

Yeah that was a great headline... the same one they used in the local paper. I mean what do you expect. Rusch is THE worst starting pitcher. I have NO clue why he's still playing. No one does. He's given up the most hits, the most runs (and most earned runs), has the highest oppanent batting average (like .340), and most loses with a 1-9 recond then anyone. Are they trying to get him a 20 lose record? Take away his loses and the Brewers would only be 1 game below .500!

Eh... the guy they drafted is proclaimed to be the next Gary Sheffield. By which I hope they don't mean will slam Milwaukee and purposely play bad so the Brewers have to trade him.....

1994....the year that made me hate baseball[although I like it once again]. All the players always say "I love this game", blah blah....yet they always complain about money, etc. Sometimes the money and contracts negotations ruin sports . Oh yeah, the most Overpaid sport HAS to be....Baseball!! Yes, I like Baseball and everything, but half the time your just standing around...waiting...chewing gum...eating sunflower seeds....*Yawn*. How boring! Oh wait, someone just hit the ball! Yay!!! The sport that pays the "best" would have to be football[As much damage as you take in football, you should get paid that much!!!] .

And if I'm not mistaken, baseball players have the lowest average salery of NFL/NBA/MLB. Besides star players and those on New York teams, most make less then a million a year. NBA's is the highest with only 12 players per team they can do that. And they don't have to stand in front of the Big Unit's 103MPH fastball... NFL camp opens July 22nd, my bad.

Doesn't the MLB's pay average get taken down a few notches because there's like 5 or 6 back up folk for each player on the team?

There's only like 23 players on a major league roster, and about 12 are pitchers. So zah? ...Man, haven't watched all that much, but this years NBA Finals sure does suck. Fitting for the NBA these days.


Anyone catch Conan? They showed 10 full episodes of their groundbreaking series "60". It was confusing, but I think some guy wanted a turkey sandwich and it had to be flown in from space. My guess is the sandwich will in fact be ham and shock us all. Man I'm good.
