I got my GMR in the mail today [MGS3, and the new prince or persia are the big games this month]. I looked at the review section, and saw that ULTIMATE MUSCLE Game for GC is reviewed! It received a 9 out 10! Hell Yeah!! Its made by AKI, the same ppl that made the WCW/WWF games for N64, and Def Jam: Vendetta!!! And its suppose to be faster than all of them!! They give it rave reviews, and gets the game of the month. I know when I get paid, Mesa gonna buy!! Too bad im prolly' the only person that is going to get , lol. Oh well.

GMR? Overall Game of the Month, or GC's Game of the Month?

Bah! You're right though. The only M.U.S.C.L.E. game I ever need came out on the NES...

yeah what is GMR anyway? EGM gave Muscle a decent score and if you like Wrestling games, it's probably one of the best you can get. Ive never owned a wrestling game in my life, but Ive played all the n64 ones, one smackdown, def jam vendetta, and the not so reat acclaim ones. I wont be buying the game, but someday i might play it.

GMR is the magazine that you can get if you become a "Edge" member at EB Games. Not a bad magazine, but its not the greatest. It was the Overall game of the month, BTW.

I cant really make fun of the GMR magazine from EB because we peddle some pretty lame crap too (Game Informer). Everyone knows EGM is the best and everything else is just for a second opinion, albeit not as respected or correct.

Second opinion? Everyone knows that non-EGM print magazines are only good fo' making fun, and whippin your ass.... ewwwwwwwwwwww. (Exception is demo discs, buit the mag itself still follows this rule.)

Yes a demo disc would be nice but EGM, 1. supports all consoles and 2. doesnt need freebies to sell. I keep saying and I'll continue to say it, ill buy that crappy Nintendo Power if they put in demo discs. This is the ONE magazine i cant just take from the store because they actually charge us to sell them.

FINALLY after 2 whole issues huh? Well i still think color coding is good but I guess since there's so many multi-platform games nowadays, it makes sense to review them all under one heading and talk about minor differences within the review. Of course what about exceptions like Need for speed and Spy Hunter? 2 games that were better on PS2 than xbox and gc.

Hmm, I saw them preview this on X Play and it actually looked kinda good. Might have to flex that Ultimate Muscle (eh-eh-eh-eh). Dik Dik Van Dik told me it was fun. It would be cooler if the whole game was in pink though, maybe not... Could bring my GC list of games to buy this year up to 3!

Yeah we've had at least one copy of that game since it came out. Sucks to be you. In recent news, I got a new GC game a few days ago by the name of Skies of Arcadia. Don't mock me for getting a "Sega DX" game, mock me for never playing this on the dreamcast. The main character models are really much better, but the regular citizens and stuff is dreamcast quality. There's other additions but the point is, it's some good fun and all for the price of:

-a GBA (gettin the player next week)
-GBA battery recharge unit
-Tony Hawk 2 (GBA version)
-Dave Mirra BMX (such a bad game)
-3rd party n64 controller (why?)

I'm pretty sure I ended up with 46 bucks in credit there. Of course with my 20% discount I was able to afford a mint used copy of Skies along with an XTREME sports stikfa.
